Full name: Dominic James Sullivan
Alias/Nickname: Dom, DJ
Age/Date of Birth: 24, Aug. 31
Status: Runaway slave
Sexuality: Gay, but not totally cool with it.
Occupation: Resistance fighter
PB: Torrance Coombs
Kinks: As of the present, Dom is a technical virgin. Even if he wasn't, he would have a hard time admitting his kinks. They are: fumbling sex, adrenaline sex or sex after an exciting event, being dominated, mutual masturbation, group masturbation, tender sex, hair pulling, hickies and light marks, frottage, clothed sex, watersports/desperation, being bathed/mutual bathing, wrestling/roughousing that leads to sex.
Hard Limits: Vore, scat, non-con.
Appearance: Dominic is exactly 6 foot, and has a slim but muscular build. He was always a bit scrawny growing up and was teased about it. When he left home, and joined up with the group of runaway slaves, he started to train his body and found that he enjoyed pushing himself to the limit. Since then he has put on a lot of muscle and is very physically strong. Coming from a mixed heritage, Irish, Italian, and Mexican, Dominic has dark brown hair that he keeps on the longish side. His most striking feature are his light blue/green eyes, and he is the only one of his siblings to have this feature. Dominic knows that he is attractive, and even when he was scrawny he was often teased for being 'pretty'. Putting on the muscle has made him feel more secure about his masculinity, and he's accepted his looks. Dominic's sense of style depends entirely on what he's doing. Most of the time he can be found in something leather, as it's more conducive to fighting or fleeing. He'll dress up for the right occasion, but for the most part, he's a casual dresser.
Personality: Dominic is by most accounts a very friendly, fiercely loyal, young man. He doesn't make quick judgements about people, and likes to give folks the chance to redeem themselves. On the other side of that, once Dominic has decided that he trusts someone and becomes their friend, his is an intense friend, sometimes to the point of having poor boundaries. He will do anything to protect his friends, and especially his family. Dominic can be a bit of a joker, although his sense of humour is sometimes questionable. As a child, he was always telling his family jokes, most of them groaners. This has settled down a bit, but not entirely.
Abilities: Dominic is physically strong, and brave. He will be the first one to offer to do something risky, if he feels it's a worthwhile cause. He has learned archery and is able to survive in the wild for an extended period of time. His main weakness is that he doesn't always plan or think something through before he does it. He also has a hard time stealing from others, which has become a bit of a necessity, as a runaway.
History: Dominic was the oldest child in his family, and the only boy. When he was young, Dominic never had a clear understanding why some humans were slaves and others, like his family, were free. It didn't make him feel special or better than anyone else, like some free humans claimed. It felt wrong, but despite this, Dom never wanted to be a slave. He had a normal childhood, for a free human, who was well off. His parents had two other children, both girls, and although there were normal sibling fights, Dom loved being a big brother. There was nothing particularly special or different about his family, and they all tried to ignore the looming threat that the lottery posed to the children.
As he entered his teens, Dom started to hear stories about the men who ran runaway slave camps, who attacked supernatural supply trains, and smuggled run away slaves. Dominic decided that that was what he wanted to be, seeing the men as the sort of white knights his mother had read him stories about when he was a child. He wanted to join them, but his family kept him from leaving. Dominic was fiercely protective of his two younger sisters, and worried about them all the time. He felt like he couldn't leave them behind. Over time, Dom was more and more drawn to actions which he knew would place his family at risk, making connections into the anti-slaving community. It was only when his name was drawn in the lottery, when he was 20, that the decision was made for him. Unwilling to be made a slave, he packed his few belongings and kissed his family goodbye.
Life in the rebel camps was a lot more rugged than Dominic had imagined, but he got used to it. He trained hard, and quickly became someone that could be trusted with the groups secrets, and to do the work that needed to be done. He had a natural fearlessness, and could follow orders, but at the same time he could think for himself. The missions could be dangerous and they often lost members of the group who were either captured or killed. Before long, Dom was one of the more senior members of the group.
Being away from the closeness of his family for the first time, Dominic began to turn to his group leader, Jacob, to fill that void. They became very good friends, and even shared a tent in the camps. Somehow, Dominic wasn't even sure how, late night talks turned more physical, and before long they were falling onto Jacob's thin mattress, rutting against each other after a particularly risky mission. Dominic was confused, and felt shameful, but at the same time he couldn't stop. It only came to an end when Jacob disappeared on a run, and didn't return to the camp. Dom went looking for his friend, but came up empty handed every time.
On one of his trips, searching for Jacob, Dom visited Hiddekell Island, and caught a glimpse of his sister, Jenna. She had grown so much and he was happy to see that her name hadn't been drawn in the lottery so far. He didn't reveal himself to her, and although he didn't stay, Dom promised himself that he would come back and let her know that he was alright. In the past, he has gone undercover for short periods of time, passing as a witch, and he thinks that would be the safest way to return to the Island.
Facts: - Although his parents always wanted him to learn an instrument while he was growing up, Dom never committed himself to learning. When he joined the camp, Jacob convinced him to take up the guitar and taught him how to play. One of the few things Dom travels with is the guitar Jacob gave him.
- Dom's parents never said anything bad about being gay, but Dom still can't bring himself to admit that he likes guys. He has had some awkward fumblings with a few girls, but has found an excuse not to sleep with them.
- Dom was secretly jealous of his sister Jenna's ability to shift. He longed to be a bird, and be able to fly above everything.
- Dom loves the smell of leather and woodsmoke. It reminds him of the camps.
- He's a good actor, and is actually quite good at passing for a Master.
